By trial and error, 5-6 years and a lot of free time. :) You can check out phlearn.com - the free ones. Very good! I just improvise every time. If you know the program and all of its tools it becomes very fun and natural.. you don’t even think about tutorials because you adjust your knowledge to what you want to do. Don’t worry .. my english sucks too. :D And thank you soooo much for your kind words! ♥ :)
